Job Details:
Our client is looking for a Recoveries Paralegal to join the insurance team and manage a litigation process.
You will be joining a certified law firm and handle a portfolio of delegated files to review and submit to the court. You will be responsible of a litigated caseload of fast-track insurance claims and multi-track work.
A major part of the job is drafting witness statements, gathering evidence and adhering to court deadlines and hearings. You will work closely with the insurance team and solicitors to ensure a correct litigation process.
The ideal candidate would have a legal background in insurance recoveries and previously handled a litigated caseload of fast-track claims. We also value integrity, strong organisational skills and team spirit.
