Our client is a well-established firm of financial advisers. We’re looking for self-employed individuals with a background offering independent financial advice to join the team.

This is a role where you are in the driving seat and can choose your desired targets, with a mix of home, office, and field-based work, and providing holistic, independent financial advice solutions that meet customer’s protection, investment, and retirement planning needs. You’ll be working with clients provided by the firm as well as working with and attracting your own clients.

The core value of the business, which runs through every part, and everything we do, is fairness. As part of this, we do not have separate arrangements and deals with different Advisers. They have one set of rules, which apply to all in a fair and transparent way.

The ideal candidate will have a varied finance background with the ability to offer advice on a range of products.

Overview:

The successful candidate will benefit from:

Realistic high OTE of £100K+ with PA support for the ones that want to exceed targets

Uncapped earnings

Back-office support including Paraplanning, technical research, administration, marketing, PI cover, FCA fees, mobile etc.

Guaranteed supply of high-quality leads through our accountancy business (as well as you sourcing your own leads)

Professional offices at all our sites to meet clients as and when required

PA support for ambitious advisers

In house Mortgage Adviser to refer mortgage business

There are no set business targets you control how much you want to work

Want to apply? The successful candidate must have:

Level 4 Diploma (DipFA) as a minimum

Current or recent competent adviser status (CAS) for financial advice

Knowledge and experience of having provided investment, protection, and pension solutions

Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues

Driving license and ability to travel

You need to be professional, dynamic and driven whilst also being humble and excellent communicators, with a thirst to learn and develop your skillset

Salary: Up to £100,000.00 per year
