If successful, you would be part of a team who supports the Incident Management Lead in analysing data to identify any trends. You would co-ordinate and support delivery teams in the detection, investigation, and resolution of issues, ensuring activities and recorded documentation adhere to Incident Management processes, and policies.
You would also assist with the management of Major Incidents to resolution including preparing and issuing business communications within agreed timeframes.
Our team currently holds a 3* Service Desk Institute accredited operation which is a globally recognised accreditation and we would love a driven and motivated individual to join us!! We have a small and dedicated team, who work in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to meet and build lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels and have the independency to work autonomously.
Responsibilities
About you
In order to excel in this position, you should possess a self-driven and forward-thinking mentality, with a positive and solution-oriented approach. You will be a team player, but also someone who can work with minimal supervision when required. You will have strong communication skills, both written and oral and be confident to present workshops when required. You will already have or be willing to work towards the ITIL V4 Foundation, SDI (Service Desk Institute) and Major Incident Management qualifications.

Additional Information
We welcome all applicants however due to the nature of the role you would be required to work on a rota basis which covers Monday - Friday ( excluding England bank holidays) and includes the core operational hours of 7:15 – 18:00.
