Job Description

Our client is an established Independent Financial Advisor firm in North London, seeking an experienced IFA administrator for its friendly team (Hybrid role 2+3).

HYBRID - Working directly for a Partner, the role will include:

  • Day to day running of appointments with clients and servicing of queries and instructions.
  • Calendar management, scheduling of client meetings and booking meeting rooms
  • Summary notes after meetings and recording actions
  • Preparation of client packs and new business client files with compliance documents.
  • Administration of client investment portfolios, liaising with new and existing clients
  • Preparing packs for the annual financial discussion with clients
  • Liaising with the service providers re submission/authority of new/existing applications
  • Responsible for the submission of switch/rebalance applications to service providers.
  • Preparing new business investment quotes on the service provider websites for clients.
  • Requesting risk quotes from insurance companies for clients and making risk applications
  • Preparing quotes for pension/investment payments in order for it to be regulation compliant.
  • Onboarding and updating of client database using Intelligence Office system
  • Assisting with compliance for quarterly visits from the Compliance Officer
  • Assisting clients with any servicing requirements by email, telephone or face to face.
  • Weekly client progress updates with partner.
