Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful owner-managed business based in Kidderminster with the appointment of a Stand-Alone HR Manager opportunity.

Reporting to the MD and working closely with a range of stakeholders, this is an exciting and varied role to support the success of this organisation.

This role can offer hybrid working - Circa 1/2 days/week from home.

Job Description

Reporting to the MD, the role of HR Manager is a stand-alone HR position, taking full responsibility for the end to end employee life-cycle including taking responsibility for the People strategy and HR projects and initiatives.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Continuous improvement to HR policies and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose
  • Work alongside the MD and leadership team to implement the People Strategy
  • Full responsibility for recruitment, employee relations, training and HR administration tasks
  • Guide and advise stakeholders on all HR matters
  • Work with the organisation to maintain a positive and engagement culture

The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar role and be comfortable working in a stand alone capacity.
