An internationally recognised consulting company with over a century operating within Southern Africa is looking for a creative and driven Senior Human Resources Lead to join their team and be an innovation driver. Our client is seeking to bring someone on board who is keen on the development of new processes and initiatives from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

In this role you will be expected to be leading a team of relatively senior individuals as well as be part of the improvement of the organization’s skills development, learning and development and partake in BBBEEE reporting. Setting up new processes and procedures that will increase organizational efficiency is also key to this role and will require a diligent and creative thinker.


Our required expertise:

  • Proven work experience within an all rounded HR role
  • Relevant qualification with Honours advantageous.
  • Goal-oriented personality critical
  • Previous exposure to technology and innovation would be ideal
  • Strong communication skills on a senior level is important
