The Bolingbroke Arms and Hotel is a traditional English country Inn.
We pride ourselves on serving freshly prepared dishes. We buy the finest available ingredients including seasonal and local produce, with a strong emphasis on supporting local business. All meals are homemade.
We are able to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to join our smal kitchen team. We are seeking a career focused individual, who is disciplined and has a firm understanding of a commercial kitchen. Experience of working within a kitchen that holds a minimum of level 3 NVQ
This is a small team so a hands on approach is needed. The applicant must be able to keep calm under pressure and have good communicative skills.
This is a full time, permanent role with plenty of scope to progress in time for the right candidate.
Weekend work will be required, and due to the rural location, your own transport is essential.
Split shifts will be required.
