Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Linsco are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or a client of ours in the Watford area. Monday to Friday - working hours TBA

The project is an inner city TFL Highways framework with multiple projects around £3M - £15M.

Ideally the candidate have a minimum of 2-3 years experience and completed a degree.

Ideal Candidate:

• Raise and control P.O. number system
• Log all new trade/ labour/ plant/ materials with a P.O, onto invoicing data base (spreadsheet currently but potential move to software)
• Check all company details, account numbers, payment dates on a weekly basis for payments throughout the month
• Upload payments onto Zero for weekly payment runs
• Be both site and office based to liaise with Construction Manager and Operation Director
• Produce drawing packs for site teams
• Issue bio site logging in numbers with new site members
• Produce site document files
• Maintain planning/ building control pre-occupation trackers
• Produce completion/ handover packs
