Interim Financial Controller

Location – North Manchester
Salary – £50,000-£60,000 pro rata
6 Month FTC

Simpson Judge are working with a digital marketing company based in North Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business, on a six-month contact, as the Interim Financial Controller, in a broad financial role, managing a team & reporting to the Chief Financial Controller. This role also offers a company & performance based bonus, hybrid working and the chance to become a permanent role. The candidate must have strong B2C experience.

Responsibilities include:
  • Production of monthly board pack
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Overseeing daily finance functions
  • Budget and cashflow forecasting
  • Manage finance team
  • Identify efficiencies and process improvements
  • Support CFO
Skills/Qualifications:
  • CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified
  • Must have SME B2C experience
  • Previous experience assisting with management accounts
  • Have managed a finance team prior
  • Strong communication skills
