The Specialist HV SEND role will involve usingadvanced skills and expert knowledge to assess, refer and support the needs of children with additional developmental needs. These children will mainly be pre diagnosis. Professional development will be offered as part of your continuing development, and to help you meet the skills, knowledge required for the post.
The post holder will need to have experience of working within a variety of clinical settings, particularly community and working as part of a multi-professional team.
