An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Digital Services’ Capital Planning and Contracts Team at the Nottingham University Hospital NHS Trust, as an Admin Support Officer on a permanent basis.

As part of a small friendly and innovative team that is responsible for delivering high quality reporting and accountability for over 60 IT contracts, you will be a key member of the team providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Digital Services Delivery Teams and Operations Teams.
The post holder will be based at the City Hospital Campus but there may be occasion to travel across both campuses.

Main duties of the job
Elements of the role include all aspects of meeting support, including preparing agendas and minuting meetings, dealing with incoming and outgoing post and email whilst ensuring this is brought to the attention of the appropriate manager and taking action where necessary.
To maintain and organise the generic Admin and Commercial inbox.
To process invoices and assist the Digital Services department with raising orders via the internal finance system.
Assist with monitoring budgets allocated and payment schedules.
Place orders, ensuring all documentation and trackers are completed accurately and on a regular basis.
Track orders and liaise with the Procurement department to resolve order issues as necessary.
Liaise with Accounts Payable to resolve any invoice issues.
Order and maintain stationery levels for Digital Services.

Salary: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
