Role Overview

The UK Digital Delivery team are the gateway for all business wide digital projects and briefs, consistently receiving c150 per month. The team manage the digital resource and budget planning in order to meet SLAs and hit the requirements.

You’ll be the key contact for all briefs for a number of streams for Digital Transformation - but you'll have the flexibility to work on other areas as demand often fluctuates and will advise, manage and deliver the briefs end to end

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with key stakeholders /product owners from the digital transformation squad to prioritise the inflow of requirements and the overall backlog of briefs
  • Coordinate the estimation sessions, resource management planning across the squad (UX / UI /MMS / CONTENT / UAT)
  • Coordinate, track and report the delivery of all transformation briefs from plan through to discovery, content build, MMS approvals, UAT, go live and post go live checks
  • Track the capacity, utilisation, and effectiveness of each component of the Digital Delivery team (UX/UI/Content design/MMS/UAT)
  • Provide Digital transformation governance team with reporting on the status of all briefs, at all stages
  • Manage key stakeholders, understanding requirements and setting expectations
  • Ensure adherence to the digital briefing and delivery processes
  • Work closely with Head of Digital Delivery, Head of UX, Transformation Delivery Manager to utilize resource and skills across the squad
  • Use Asana project management tool to manage resource, estimates, briefs
  • Make sure we’re reusing response to briefs and user testing proposals to save time on the planning stage and work continually to improve processes

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience of working in an agile environment, delivering large projects within budget, scope and to time
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, interpersonal, relationship building and collaborative skills
  • Experience of developing and executing optimisation roadmaps to drive incremental commercial performance
  • Experience of identifying and resolving live website performance issues
  • Understanding of user experience and user centred design
  • Analytics tools and experience to apply data led approach to prioritisation of tasks
