The Global Team in the Advancement Division, Imperial College London is in search of a highly organised, proactive person to join their ambitious team, to provide administrative support, research and data analysis in a global context.

Imperial College London is a world top ten university with an academic mission to deliver enduring excellence in research and education in the fields of science, engineering, medicine and business. The Advancement Division, made up of 90 colleagues, is responsible for raising funds to deliver this mission, contributing between £50-60m to the institution every year. The division ensures that donors are thanked and acknowledged appropriately and reporting on all philanthropic income to the College.
You will be responsible for supporting the work of the Global Development Team in the Division, providing the platform for a high functioning and complex business unit.
This support will range from the strategic, such as assisting with prospect and stewardship management, to the administrative, such as scheduling and database management, report writing and routine administrative support to the posts of Head Asia, Head North America, and Head Middle East and Africa including travel. Research and Data analysis will also be a key part of the role.
You will be a proactive self-starter, able to work efficiently, build strong relationships, work well both independently and with others, solving problems, providing information and workable solutions to issues as required. The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and communicate clearly is essential. Knowledge of database management such as Raisers Edge would be useful, but not essential. Potentially, some international travel involved.

The College is currently trialling a Work Location Framework until early 2023. Hybrid working may be considered for this role and the role holder may be expected to work 60% or more of their time onsite, with 40% the minimum time spent onsite. The opportunity for hybrid working will be discussed at interview.
