Data Entry Administrator

Job Location: Grantham

Temporary role – 6 weeks initially with extensions possible

Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Entry Administrator to join an exciting charitable organisation on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting data from various sources into company’s systems and databases.

Responsibilities:

  • Input data accurately and efficiently
  • Verify data for accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality of all data
  • Support other departmental tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Meet data processing deadlines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Temporary contract, Freelance
Contract length: 6 weeks

Salary: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
