The Key duties for this Customer Service officer-
- Advise and support customers in resolving their queries and issues
- Take the lead in understanding housing, neighbourhood, and social issues
- Take positive steps to make improvements in these areas
- Work with local communities and build long-term partnerships
- Identify proactive resolutions
The successful candidate would have experience in-
