The Key duties for this Customer Service officer-

  • Advise and support customers in resolving their queries and issues
  • Take the lead in understanding housing, neighbourhood, and social issues
  • Take positive steps to make improvements in these areas
  • Work with local communities and build long-term partnerships
  • Identify proactive resolutions

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate would have experience in-
