Job Description

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator will include but not limited to:

  • Work collaboratively across the business to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are clearly understood, communicated and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that company standards for Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service are maintained in all customer interactions
  • Complete day to day administrative tasks

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Customer Service Coordinator role will have:

  • Ideally experience as a Customer Service Representative / Coordinator
  • Also accepting recent graduates
  • Effective in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
