Based in Trafford Park, Manchester this client is now a world leading Manufacturing and Production company that is seeing exponential growth within the company and team.
The responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator will include but not limited to:
- Work collaboratively across the business to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are clearly understood, communicated and responded to in a timely manner.
- Ensure that company standards for Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service are maintained in all customer interactions
- Complete day to day administrative tasks
The successful candidate for the Customer Service Coordinator role will have:
- Ideally experience as a Customer Service Representative / Coordinator
- Also accepting recent graduates
- Effective in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
What the client is offering:
- Salary on offer is £22k
- Onsite
- 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
