Credit Risk Business Analyst – £650 Per Day (Outside IR35) – Financial Services – Remote Working – London – 6 month initial contract

Overview:
A leading global financial markets and commodities bank headquartered in London are currently looking for an experienced Credit Risk Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have counterparty experience and have exposure to the Financial Services sector.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Business analysis and prototyping.
  • Provide subject matter expertise input into BAU enhancements and larger change initiatives.
  • Agree requirements and priorities with stakeholders.
  • Design and agree solutions with stakeholders and the architecture team to ensure solutions are in line with strategic architecture from a process, system and data perspective.
  • Prepare test plans and manage testing from a Risk Change perspective, in particular where there are cross-functional or regulatory dependencies.
Technical Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment, ideally Financial Services change-related roles with a focus on Credit and Counterparty Credit Risk.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of Risk processes.
  • Solid understanding of Risk principles, methodologies, measures, systems and processes, in particular Credit and Counterparty Risk.
  • Experience with FIS Adaptiv, Credit Risk Manager or similar risk management software.
  • Understanding of Global Markets businesses and products/services, in particular commodities.
