The firm is ranked as a leading firm by the legal directories for Corporate work in Leeds and this is a good opportunity to join a growing team and work closely with the local Partners. The Corporate NQ will get exposure to a range of deals including Corporate Finance, acquisitions & disposals, private equity, joint ventures and reorganisations work. The team act on deals of varying size and service clients across a range of sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with the Partners and other senior lawyers in the team.
You will be a trainee who has completed a seat in Corporate or a recently qualified Corporate NQ. You will have strong academics and an interest to work for a national law firm.
