We are seeking a Consultant Psychologist to support our flagship mental health and addiction residential treatment services.

This new role is an excellent opportunity for the post holder to develop their practice around addiction and complex needs to support people across multiple settings, with a particular focus on residential rehab settings providing the Therapeutic Community model.

Working with operational teams and Head of Clinical Interventions, the key objectives of this role are to identify areas of treatment programme improvement and support the professional development of staff to offer a blended mental health and addiction treatment service.

We are open to looking at part and full time working and we can adapt responsibilities accordingly.

Location is flexible (including option to home working and hybrid working), although some time onsite at our flagship mental health/addiction residential rehabs in Oxford and Derby is required. Occasional travel also required to services in England and Scotland.
