Job Description

Sacco Mann are currently working with a top tier, international law firm who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join their busy team in Manchester. This is an opportunity to join a leading UK Property team within a firm that can offer you excellent training and career prospects.

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will manage a varied caseload of Property matters on behalf of a range of clients to include energy/utility companies, property developers, banks and retail clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with short term leases, licenses to occupy, licenses to assign, licenses for alterations, surrenders and deeds of variation/easement.
• Managing straightforward sales/purchases
• Supporting large/complex portfolio sales
• Assisting with file opening procedures
• Set up and management of data rooms

The ideal candidate must have previous experience of handling or assisting on Commercial Property matters.
