Cocktail Bartender
A bartender at Niku is responsible for complying with health and safety guidelines, mixology and serving drinks either directly or through wait staff.
Bartender Objectives:
- To provide a first-class service to guest
- To ensure drinks are always sent out at a satisfactory level
- To comply with health and safety regulations
- To ensure challenge 25 is complied with
Bartender Duties:
- Ensuring a great customer service is always given to our guests
- Ensuring a flexibility with the menu is given to guests to ensure our team always goes “above and beyond”
- Making recommendations to our guests to give a unique experience
- Knowing all the classic cocktails
- Ensuring the bar is always clean at all times even when busy
- Ensuring inventory taken from stock room is noted and given to head bar or bar manager
- Become knowledgeable of the food menu
- Maintain discipline within the bar and ensuring good service at all times
Please note the pay rates begin at your current skills and will be assessed on a trial with us at Niku.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
