In our BSW (Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire) CAMHS service we are proud to be developing a needs led, responsive and accessible service based on the i-Thrive model.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist who would be interested in this role as the senior clinician for the Crisis and Home Treatment Service (CAHTS) in BaNES CAMHS.
We have had great feedback from staff about our model of having CAHTS staff embedded in the local CAMHS teams, such that they feel part of the team and work closely together. This role would involve taking a lead for CAHTS staff in this CAMHS base and working closely with the BSW wide CAHTS clinical leadership team to support our staff and to offer a brilliant service to children and young people. We would seek for this person to help develop our evidence based clinical pathways and offer consultation and supervision to CAHTS staff.
