The Cloud Infrastructure Services business unit reflects the Collaborative Business Experience, combining Capgemini’s consulting, infrastructure transformation build and run capabilities, as well as the provision of hybrid cloud-based services in an integrated global sales and delivery model. The group provides infrastructure outsourcing services, including data centre, end user, helpdesk support, as well as market leading services such as service integration and cloud brokering orchestration. The group also provides infrastructure transformation services, helping clients to optimise their technology estates and support business digital transformation.
The GTM role is a lead role within the CIS Private Sector cluster that drives the development of new business, and development of growth opportunities. They work independently providing services to the cluster leadership such as: technical evangelism, opportunity development, opportunity creation and sales planning.
The role is a consultancy core skillset and requires good knowledge of the sector that the role sits, they will have the ability to develop relationships both internally and externally at a senior level.
The typical technical skillsets will include EUS, Cloud, Enterprise Service Management and Engineering, whilst these are wide ranging the role is expected to act with breadth across the portfolio rather than absolutely expertise in one part.

Contribute and influence increased growth within the CIS teams, increase the capability and influence of the CIS portfolio and drive meaningful outcome related results alongside both the CIS sales teams and the Market Units.
Develop key internal and external senior relationships and be part of key decision-making processes on how to win business throughout the year. This may take the form of RFP response, proactive proposal selling, campaign selling and offer development.
Build strong relationships with Capgemini’s partner organization such as; Hyperscalers, product and technology vendors.
