Marks Sattin Executive Search are working with a fast-growing PE Backed Healthcare business who seek an experienced CFO to play a key strategic role in their continued growth and transformation period.

As CFO, you will help grow the business through acquisitions and integration as well as through organic growth to boost the overall performance while formalising a clear plan to track the financial progress of the business.

The role requires an experienced CFO to work closely alongside the CEO, members of the executive team, and maintaining strong relationships with the PE firm. The CFO will lead the finance function through M&A, developing commercial insights, increasing shareholder value, boosting productivity, and managing the finance team.

The ideal candidate

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
• Experience working in a PE backed business that has gone through transformation and ideally an exit
• Experience with M&A (acquisitions and integrations, preferable but not essential)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
