We are seeking to recruit a SALES MANAGER for a well-established main dealer. £40K OTE uncapped.
The ideal candidate will be committed to achieving excellence. You must be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be able to demonstrate that you share the company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Our client is offering basic salary £40k OTE uncapped. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITHIN A MAIN DEALERSHIP.
