About the Role

RINFOTECH is looking to add an experienced Azure Cloud Developer / Business Analyst to our technical team. You will be the Azure Cloud Developer on current and future projects for existing and new customers. You will have the freedom to help guide the direction of future network and security practices and offerings. You must be driven and able to work to customer and internal deadlines without additional supervision.

Self-motivation to learn and expand your own ability is a key criterion of being a good fit for the position. Working without several layers of upper management offers the creative freedom to grow without restraints. The role consists of project-based consulting work in pre-sales and delivery. There are currently no day-to-day operational, managed service or on-call requirements.

My client is an awarding winning organisation who is seeking a skilled and experienced Azure Cloud Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Azure Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining their platform architecture to ensure the reliability, and efficiency of their systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust and reliable Azure Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Experience developing Azure native analytics applications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Technologies, such as Power Platform, Power BI, API Management and SharePoint/Data verse
  • Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, etc
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics, SharePoint in addition to Power/Logic/Function App related product
  • Familiar with Azure DevOps or VSTS
  • Experience working with SQL and No-SQL databases
  • Excellent documentation & communication skills and solution-focused with a problem-solving can-do attitude to work
  • Familiarity with automated testing, Low Code (PowerApps) or coding languages ie C#
  • Azure Fundamentals required
  • Ability to keep technical documentation up to date
  • Provide support on the Azure Platform including architecture, development best practices and guidance to less experienced team members
  • Ability to share regular updates via our Task Management tool and via the Daily Stand-Up sessions
  • Development of Power BI dashboards using MDX/DAX for creating compelling visuals/dashboards and associated SQL Server development
  • Define data structures, flows and transformations to enable the accurate delivery of MI across the organisation
  • Organise, conduct, or participate in meetings/delivery events and follow processes defined for their team to ensure quality of work and efficiency of the team
  • Responsible for development plans, forecasts, and development budgetary estimates, to ensure projects can be planned in a consistent and timely fashion
  • Create technical material in support of governance processes such as architecture and change review
  • Collaborate with the chosen web development, CRM, and commerce teams to design the most appropriate solution to meet the business requirements.
  • Ability to work with dev teams to provide code and/or configuration fixes for c# based Back End systems.
  • Expert in industry standard development methodologies and tools
  • Experience in supporting and maintaining Microsoft Azure based API's, websites, and message queues.
  • Experience working in Agile projects and educating stakeholders including Product Owners and Business partners in Agile ways of working

Technical skills & experience:

· Experience Data factory, MDX/ DAX, SQL Server, Power Automate, Power Apps

· Experience developing Data Flows and Pipelines in Microsoft Azure Data Factory.

· Experience in developing data ingestion, data processing and analytical pipelines for relational databases, and data warehouse solutions

· Cloud migration methodologies and processes including tools like Azure Data Factory

· Implementation and delivery of Azure platform solutions to develop and deploy Azure data factory

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree qualifications or relevant work experience
  • Ability to contribute to the definition and structuring of projects
  • A minimum BI 5 years of experience managing sophisticated
  • Experience in supporting, coaching, and mentoring your colleagues
  • Good to have relevant Certifications
