Job Description

As Global Brand Manager you'll be working closely with the Maker&Son marketing team, you will have a thorough understanding of our brand, our customers, and product.

This position would require someone who is dynamic, hands-on, and able to adopt a flexible approach to managing the requirements operating in the ever-changing retail landscape.

What you will be doing:

• Identifying and developing engaging and compelling stories to be used across a range of media, such as blog posts, videos, podcasts, news stories etc.
• Writing, reviewing and publishing new content that helps deliver an exceptional visitor experience.
• Contributing to organic & paid search engine optimisation strategies.
• Measuring and reporting on performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess performance against targets.
• Keeping on top of digital marketing best practice and evaluate and recommending new tools/tech that align with objectives.
• Engage and grow the Maker&Son social media community, create compelling content that also drives sales/leads

Essential Skills:

• 2 years + experience in a similar role
• Experience of online content creation with excellent copywriting skills and command of grammar
• Experience of implementing SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings
• Experience of conducting keyword research to help grow organic search visibility
• Experience of analysing data via Google Analytics and producing relevant reporting.

Desirable:

• Degree in Marketing, business or related field
• Graphic design skills are a bonus
• Experience and understanding of global strategy and reaching new markets
