Location: Crewe - CW1 6BD (15 minute walk from Crewe Train Station)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Job Purpose...


The role of Billing Administrator is really important to us. You will be responsible for providing a first-class billing experience to Radius Connect customers.


We would love to welcome you to our Crewe head office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.


Your responsibilities day to day will be…

  • Contribute to your team by providing a first-class billing experience to Radius Connect customers.
  • Helping with billing queries
  • Ensuring all items ordered are added to the billing platform
  • Ensure invoices are raised and securely distributed to customers in accordance with the team billing calendar.
  • Work, where required, on ad-hoc projects ensuring the quality of data within billing systems and improved ways of working through automation.
  • Journal critical activities to evidence work completed, presenting findings as required in internal and external company audits.
