Conrad Consulting is currently recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager within our clients Truro office.
Our client: A multi-discipline practice of professionals within Property and Construction. With a team of over 100 people and an established business of over 45 years, this company works out of 7 UK offices and are looking for an Assistant Project Manager in their Winchester office now.
The role: Working in the Project Management team, helping and providing Project Management services, NEC Contract Administration and Technical support pre and post contract.
- Helping in the delivery of projects in a number of sectors including commercial, residential, education and retail within both the public and private sectors
- Managing projects in accordance with a number of contract types including NEC, JCT and ICC.
- Provide Project Management support and carry out administrative duties as may be defined by the more Senior members
- Assist with the preparation, monitoring and reporting of project costs and budgets
- Helping with the management of change control
- Visit sites, attend meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and other professionals.
Requirements
- Hold a relevant qualification within the construction industry i.e. Surveying, Project Management
- Able to work in a team under supervision
- Being driven to complete professional qualifications i.e. RICS
- Full UK Driving license
- Experience using AutoCAD
