Assistant Head of School & SENDCo (Secondary Phase)

L14 - L18

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a qualified SENDCo to join the leadership team at Hampton College and continue to develop the excellent practice that has already been established. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic vision of our SEND provision within school and lead a large team of Teaching Assistant who support our students on a day-to-day basis.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Assistant Head of School & SENDCo who will:

• Be a qualified SENDCo, with a proven track record of supporting students with SEND.
• Be an inspirational and proactive leader who champions high quality in-class support and works collaboratively with colleagues.
• Place the needs and wellbeing of our students at the heart of what we do and promote inclusion of all students at Hampton College.
• Be a strategic thinker and advise the senior leadership team to ensure all students reach their potential and are prepared for the next phase of their lives within education, training or employment.
