Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing and motivated Administrator, ideally with claims handling experience although training can be provided, to help with the day to day running of Insurance Remediation in Construction so knowledge of building/construction would be an advantage. You will be primarily responsible for liaising with our insurance network clients, ensuring insurance portals are updated, liaising with policyholders, answering incoming calls and greeting contractors & clients. The ideal candidate is highly organised and efficient.

Claims Handling Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Updating Insurance Network portals
  • Liaising with Insurance networks
  • Assisting with the production of H&S documentation
  • Data Entry - Updating and maintaining Job Costing
  • Assisting with purchasing materials
  • Customer Service – answering the telephones, liaising with clients, suppliers and contractors.
  • Filing
  • Assisting with General Administration
  • Software Knowledge although training and assistance will be given – Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Slack
  • Working as part of a team
  • Hours to suit (main hours of cover required 09:00-15:00)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,800.00-£22,500.00 per year
