We are currently recruiting exclusively with a client based in Rochester for an Administrator. Their offices are based within walking distance from good public transport links and all the amenities in the town centre. They have free onsite parking and are offering a starting salary off £20 - 24K DOE. This organisation has gone through substantial growth for the last 4 years and is continuing to see this so this is a really exciting time to join!
Duties:
- General administrative support for directors and senior managers
- Updating customer orders on the system and all associated paperwork
- Raising invoices
- Auditing and cross checking stock orders
- Written communication with customers
This role will evolve once the successful candidate is settled in and as the business grows. There is planned growth in several areas of the business which will give opportunity to take on more responsibility and learn and develop . It is important that the successful candidate is flexible and is happy to adapt to the needs of the business. Working in a small team also means you will all need to support each other so we are looking for someone that enjoys being hands on and a real team player !
Requirements:
- Strong administration skill
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Highly organised and able to work to deadlines
- Competent IT user and confident picking up new software and platforms
Detail:
- Salary £24K DOE
- Hours - Monday to Friday 0900 - 1800 (1 hour lunch) - this may move on to include some Saturday working
