Job Description

Recra is working in partnership and is delighted to be representing a leading training provider in central Manchester, who is looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

This company specializes in online face-to-face training for vulnerable adults and young people across multiple sectors such as care homes and other facilities where individuals could have mental health problems.
What does the job involve?

In a nutshell, this office-based role is all about growing and nurturing relationships with existing customers and reaching out to potential customers over the phone.

Your day-to-day role:
  • This job is about building and improving relationships with some lovely clients in the local authority and private sectors - right across the UK.
  • Reviewing to make sure the clients get maximum satisfaction from our service - and their training.
  • Spotting potential opportunities and referrals.
  • Educating and informing clients about our products, services and amazing special offers.
  • Promptly resolving client queries.
  • Working with all the other internal departments to ensure that you meet the client's expectations.
  • Overseeing the customer relationship management system.

If you’ve got the following skills, we think you’d be perfect for this job:
  • You’ll need three or more years of experience in customer service, sales or a related position.
  • You’ll be dealing with our customers, so excellent verbal and written communication skills are key.
  • We’ll need you to work well with our lovely team.
  • Multitasking.
  • Being a customer service role, you’ll need excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with your clients.
  • If you’re organized, you’ll love this role - those organizational skills will be key! As will your excellent work ethic.

We’d love you to have a Bachelor in business administration, marketing or a related field
