As part of the Warehouse & Outbound logistics team, the 3PL Optimisation Specialist takes accountability for the ONE CI pipeline and delivery, manages a portfolio of projects both strategic and operational, and ensures that the team are supported when delivering continuous improvement. You will be providing strategic input to the Outbound and Warehouse Director and Transport and Site General Managers.

What else does the role involve?

• Coordinating the delivery of projects within the Outbound & Warehouse Function
• Generating and delivering continuous improvement idea’s
• Leading the functions ONE CI tracking process and governance
• Reviewing adverse costings and support teams in implementing mitigating actions
• Facilitating collaborative workshops with internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting development and usage of Power BI reporting
• Working in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders & function representatives
• Streamlining current processes to improve outputs and provide transparency
• Building strong relationships across the supply chain

What will you need?

• Experienced in project management, with a strategical mindset
• The ability to build strong working relationships
• Good understanding of financial and IT tools
• Good communication (from detailed reports to clear and effective presentations) and stakeholder management skills at multiple levels
• A high level of self-motivation & creativity as well as determination to deliver results despite obstacles and setbacks
• Operations experience is desired but not necessary however an understanding of logistics will be required
